CHECK-IN: from 3:00 p. m. and untill 9:00 p.m.
N.B.: The structure has no staff on site 24 h on 24 so it is strictly necessary and mandatory to contact the staff to agree on an arrival time to organize the reception, otherwise there will be no personal insurance.
The property uses, if it deems necessary, automatic self check-in with the instructions provided on arrival by the staff available by phone and through Whatsapp 24 h on 24.
CHECK-OUT: no later than 11:00
TOURIST TAX:
To be paid at check-in (1€ per person per night).
The residence tax is a legal obligation of the Italian State and is governed by the regulation of the Municipality of Reggio Calabria, which, in case of refusal of payment, the Municipality itself will take action against the guest for the recovery of unpaid sums, in accordance with the law.
BREAKFAST:
The property offers free cold breakfast to all its guests which is located in a shared buffet corner within the b&b. Yoghurt, rusks, crackers, milk, bagged croissants of various types, jams and tea and herbal teas are available. Inside the room you will find a coffee maker with pods and a kettle (or, in the rooms where there is a kitchen, the moka coffee powder and various pots, dishes and cutlery).
Payment by credit card:
will be pre-authorized the amount of the reservation, in case of invalid credit card will be sent communication with request for update via Whatsapp, SMS or email, in the event that within 24 h this will be canceled without notice.
Payment by bank transfer:
contact the property for details, this payment can not be used with less than 10 days from the date of check-in and the reservation will not be considered valid until the credit transfer.
Payment via Stripe or PayPal:
we will receive the notification of payment at the same time as the booking, in the event that this does not happen the reservation will be cancelled without notice.
In case of no show in the hotel no amount will be refunded, regardless of the rate chosen at the time of booking.
In case of cancellation we will refer to the conditions and penalties of the chosen rate.
